Researchers from two Scottish universities have discovered that even a small green space in an urban area can help reduce incidences of strokes and heart disease within the local population and effectively cut 'the health gap' between rich and poor.
They're calling for councils to create more green spaces to improve wellbeing amongst their residents. Viva the park bench!
